Senior Citizens quilts and craft show
The Americus Senior Citizens Center will host a quilt and craft show on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., in the Americus Senior Center, 516 Locust St.
Entries may be made on Friday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. or on Saturday between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. Entries may include quilts, embroidered handiwork, knitting projects, crocheted items, other fancy work and household plants. There will be no judging.
Complimentary coffee and doughnuts will be served throughout the day and there will be a door prize drawing around 4 p.m. For information, call Gladys Myers, (620) 443-5467.
