There will be a fundraiser for the Beau Arndt Scholarship Fund. There will be a drawing for with first prize being a Franchi 12-gauge semi-auto shot gun; second prize is a Avery layout blind; third prize is a handmade hunting knife and fourth prize is goose decoys.
Ticket prices are $10 and can be purchased at Bluestem Farm & Ranch Supply, 2611 W. Highway 50, contact Bruce Burenheide; Kansasland Bank of Americus, 702 Main, in Americus; and at Americus Days on Oct. 4 until 5 p.m. in the park in Americus.
The drawing will be at 6 p.m. at Americus Days. Winners need not be present to win. All paperwork for the gun will be handled by the Gun Den, 708 Commercial St.
