Gambling choice

TOPEKA — A state review board is meeting to award a contract to manage a state-owned casino in Dodge City.

The Lottery Gaming Facility Review Board is considering Butler National Service and Dodge City Resort and Gaming. If there’s no selection today, both applications go back to the Kansas Lottery, where the process begins anew.
