Extension elections

Elections for members of the Lyon County Extension Council will be Oct. 1 at the extension office. Voters will elect four members in each of the three county commission districts. The four members will represent agricultural pursuits, home economics work, 4-H club and youth work.

Voters may vote from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Oct. 1 at 2632 W. Highway 50.
