Hartford cross country runner Spencer Rosenquist finished in the top 10 at the Arrowrock Invitational on Thursday.
Rosenquist’s time of 20:26 was good for a ninth-place finish. Three other Jaguar boys ran at Arrowrock: Mike Payton, who finished 19th with a time of 22:21; Chris Moomey, 30th at 24:49; and Kevin Veatch, 37th at 26:45.
Two Hartford girls ran on Thursday: Callie Clark, who finished 11th with a time of 17:12, and Megan Rohde, who came in 18th at 17:53.

How about the Jr. High runners? Trevor Kuhens placed 2nd in the 7th grade race. I am unsure of the placing of Dallas Swisher in the 8th grade race, but he ran a very good race too.

Arrowhead, or Arrowrock? Check your title Gazette. Congrats to the kids for their hardwork. I attended my first cross country meet Thursday in Topeka and was impressed with the number of kids involved and their efforts.
