I’M WRITING to endorse Mike Dorcey for Lyon County Clerk.
I’ve known Mike for only a short period of time, but I’ve been very impressed by his character, as well as his ability to coordinate the fundraising and construction of a project as large and successful as the new Peter Pan Playground. In a five-day period, I personally saw his extraordinary leadership and management skills, especially in his ability to assign and direct the volunteers who built the playground. His commitment extends to making sure that the playground will continue to be maintained.
In getting to know Mike through this project, I’ve seen his ability to solve problems. I know he would do an outstanding job for the people of Lyon County.
