Osage City finished fourth with 82 points, with Cally Aspegren also earning fourth place among individuals. Lauren Portner just missed the top 10, coming in 11th.

On the boys side, Osage City finished second out of four teams with 53 points, behind Herington’s winning total of 40, and Heights finished third with 56. Kyle Stromgren led Osage, finishing sixth, and also placing in the top 10 were Tyler Bartee (eighth), Aaron Furr (11th) Zane Martin (14th) and Nathan Johnson (20th).

Justin Heston and Chris Seematter paced Heights, finishing in second and third place. Also in the top 20 were Brian Hultgren (12th) and Jon Lowder (18th). Council Grove did not register a team score, but the Braves’ Josh Hagar finished seventh.

Congrats for winning League Ladycats! That's two in a row Kimberly, keep working hard and improving like you have all year, and you'll do well in Wamego. Team, work hard this week and be prepared for the regional Meet next Saturday in Mound City. Strive for excellence like you have all season, run your best race and take the team to State.

It might be noteworthy that the Olpe Boy's team won the Burlington invitational by double digits.

mrdeeds15, they only report what the school, AD, or coachs send in. Perhaps Olpe's staff didn't get the info to them? Olpe does have a talented CC program. How did Katelyn Henderson do?

Dorneker is from Flint Hills, not Chase Co. Chase Co is in the Flint Hills League with Height. Congrats to Katelyn.
