The winners in the various categories for the Americus Day parade were:
• Best bicyclist: Bethany Cathcart, first; Randal Karr, second.
• Best pet and owner: Chynna Crane, first; Payton Johnson, second.
• Judges' choice: Northern Heights High School Band, first; Americus Grade School Band, second.
• Best float: Americus cheerleaders, first; United Presbyterian Church, second.
• Best antique tractor: Wayne Stoll, first; Arlan Swanson, second.
• Best dressed horse and rider: adult, Lisa Preisner, first.
• Best dressed horse and rider: youth, under 16, Kelsey Bosch, first
• Best classic car or truck: Jim Gurney, first; Dusty Wright, second.
