Freedom Run
A look back at KVOE DJ Ron Thomas running in the 2007 Freedom Run.
On Sunday, Gazette staffers will be competing in a media challenge against KVOE to see who can sprint the 5K Freedom Run the fastest.
Last year the Gazette took the award for the fastest time and KVOE took the award for the most participants.
The Gazette and KVOE are looking for runners to participate. Come to Soden's Grove at 9 a.m. Sunday and join in the Freedom Run.

Ron has the same grace that Michael Phelps has in the water. Has anyone seen Ron swim.

Poor Ron! You have to give him credit for getting out and doing stuff like this. I don't think I could do the bike rides for Special Olympics with the bike cops like he does.
