The Emporia Gazette and law enforcement officials are asking for assistance in locating a wanted person.
Kevin Miles Loveless is being sought by law enforcement officials on warrants issued for failure to abide, failure to appear, criminal damage, theft of stolen property and suspended or revoked driver license.
Loveless is a Hispanic male, 22 years of age, 5-feet-7-inches tall, 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his back of a blue Chinese symbol, a red Chinese symbol; “1985” on his neck; and “D” on his right shoulder.
The public should not make any attempt to apprehend or detain the above listed person.
