Sosa, Decker earn 1st-team

The Emporia High girls soccer team had two players named Kansas High School All-Central Region first-team selections.
Sophomore Jordan Sosa and senior Jessica Decker both were honored on the Region’s first team.
Senior Brittany Meza also took second-team distinction, while goalkeeper Melanie Nuessen was chosen as honorable mention All-Region for the second consecutive year.
The All-League and All-State teams have not yet been announced.
