The Emporia Gazette and law enforcement officials are asking for assistance in locating a wanted person.
Brian Keith Self is being sought by law enforcement officials on warrants issued for theft and domestic violence .
Self is a white male, 23 years of age, 5'11," 185 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo with flames on his right shoulder of a lady.
The public should not make any attempt to apprehend or detain the above listed person.
