Doctor talks about why he left

A doctor who recently left his medical practice here to move to Minnesota said that quality of care at Newman Regional Health had not entered into his decision to leave Emporia.
“Well, quality of care was not a factor,” said urologist Dr. John Kosko. “I think relationship with the administration was.”
