No. 6 Hornets end regular season with 6-5 victory over rival

Caleb Williamson thought for a second about trying to be Barry Bonds. Then, he thought better of it.
The Emporia State Hornets are glad he decided to be himself.
With the game-winning run on second, Williamson didn’t try to do too much, lining a walkoff single to left-center as No. 6 ESU defeated Washburn, 6-5, in 10 innings on Sunday.
