Breakfast
Biscuits and gravy will be served from 7 to 10 a.m. April 12, at the Masonic Lodge, 551 Broadway. The proceeds will be used for various lodge projects. Call Claude Roswurm for information (620) 443-5570.
Tractors
Flint Hills Antique Power Association members plan a practice pull day on April 5, at the Lyon County Fairgrounds, in preparation for the spring pull on April 12. The sled, the weights, the scales and the grounds will be checked over. All members are encouraged to bring their tractors and the public is always welcome to observe. Chamber meeting
The regular Americus Chamber of Commerce board meeting will be at 7:30 a.m. April 5 in the USD 251 Meeting Room. Planning for the April 22 dinner meeting will be on the agenda. The meetings are open to the public. For information, Melissa Rich, vice-president, (620) 443-5247.
