On honor roll
Rebecca Montgomery of Emporia was named to the fall 2007 President’s Honor Roll at Oklahoma Christian University in Oklahoma City. Montgomery, who had a grade point average of 4.0, is a sophomore studying early childhood education.
Graduate in Missouri
Daniel Orrin Kirk of Emporia was a fall 2007 graduate of Missouri Western State University at St. Joseph, Mo. Kirk graduated with a bachelor’s degree in education, music and instrumental music.
