Easter egg hunt
An Easter Egg hunt will be held in the Americus City Park, Main and Locust, 11:00 a.m., March 22, for children from one to ten years of age. Children must be accompanied by an adult. KansasLand Bank is accepting donations to the Easter Egg Hunt account and all donations are appreciated. For information or to volunteer call Cathy Ernst (620) 443-3062.
Senior Citizens Center
The Americus Senior Citizens Center serves lunch daily Monday through Friday. For reservations or for information Jacquii Anderson (620) 443-5352.

The school zone times are 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. Fines are doubled in the school zone on north Main Street.
Antique tractors
The Flint Hills Antique Power Association spring tractor pull is scheduled for Saturday, April 12, 1:00 p.m. at the Lyon County Fairgrounds. For information, Elton Jensen (620) 342-6011 or Cecil Cunningham (620) 342-8040.
