The Emporia Literacy Program, sponsored by Flint Hills Technical College Adult Education Center, wishes to thank the businesses, organizations and individuals who made the Scrabble Scramble fundraiser event held Feb.16, 2008, so successful. Significant donors to the event were Flint Hills Eyecare Associates, ESB Financial, Dillons, Sauder Custom Fabrication, Hopkins Manufacturing Corp. and Medicine Shoppe. We thank all of these fine businesses and organizations for their generous support.
