Low-water bridge repair
Lyon County road and bridge workers will repair a low-water bridge on Road 380, beginning this morning, weather permitting.
The bridge between Roads U5 and W. Road 380 is expected to be closed for three weeks.
Republican women meet
The Lyon County Republican Women will meet at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in the Extension Council meeting room at 2632 W. Highway 50. Barbara Nichols will present the program, “How to Form a Coalition.” Also, local candidates will speak. The public is welcome to attend.
