ESU baseball players hoping to be drafted

A few Emporia State baseball players will be listening closely during the second day of the Major League Baseball Draft on Friday.
Catcher Keith Hernandez, outfielder Eric Shortell and outfielder/second baseman Conner Crumbliss are the most likely Hornets to be selected during one of the draft’s 50 rounds.
The MLB Draft begins with the first five rounds today. The next 45 rounds will take place on Friday.
