The Emporia Gazette and law enforcement officials are asking for assistance in locating a wanted person.
Clinton James Moody is being sought by law enforcement officials on a warrants issued for failure to appear on two counts of theft, failure to appear on two counts of domestic battery and failure to appear on a suspended/revoked driver license.
Moody is a white man, 19 years old, 5-feet-11-inches tall, 145 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He has a scar on his right forearm.
The public should not make any attempt to apprehend or detain the above listed person.
