EHS Sports Physicals
Free sports physicals will be given to Emporia High School students on Monday, Aug. 11, at EHS. The girls physicals will begin at 6 p.m., and the boys physicals will start immediately after the completion of the girls physicals.
If students are planning on participating in a sport at Emporia High School during the 2008-09 school year, they need to pick up a physical form from the office and complete the first page, which is the health history, and sign the last page, which is the consent for the athlete to participate. The student must bring this physical form with them on the night of the physicals.
The physical form must be signed by the parent/guardian before the physical will be given.
Students cannot practice a high school sport unless they have a physical dated from May 1, 2008, or later on file with Mrs. Price in the Athletic Office.
