Melissa Rich, vice-president of the Americus Chamber of Commerce, announced the winners of the Americus Choice Awards at the quarterly dinner and meeting last week.
The winners were: Distinguished Citizen — Walt Zumbrum; Youth Volunteer — Tyson Johnson; Outstanding Business — Corner Garage; Customer Service Excellence — Marcia Johnson; Agribusiness/agriperson — Ron Redelfs; Association, Organization, or Group — Americus Recreation Organization. Certificates, designed by Melissa Rich, were presented to the winners.
