Breakfast with the Lions

The Lions Club is sponsoring an all-you-can-eat biscuit and sausage-gravy breakfast from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the Emporia Senior Center, 603 E. 12th Ave. Breakfast include fresh baked biscuits with sausage gravy, link sausage, fruit cups, orange juice, milk or coffee — all for an advance donation to the club of $5 for adults and $2.50 for children under 10. For tickets, call a Lions Club member or purchase tickets at the door. This is a fundraiser for the club’s many projects, including Habitat for Humanity and support for a local high school student to be part of the Lions Kansas State Band. For more information/tickets, call Sally Conard, 342-4150 or Gary Post, 341-3378.

The fund raiser will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with the schools assigned to these stores:
