Sentencings

Jerry Kinsler, convicted on reduced charge of attempted possession of stolen property valued at more than $1,000 but less than $25,000, sentenced to six months in prison, Feb. 11.

Abdi G. Abdi, attempted second-degree murder, sentenced to 62 months in prison, a downward durational departure motion granted by court, Feb. 13.

William D. Foster, three counts of misdemeanor criminal use of a financial card, sentenced to 12 months in jail for each conviction, sentences to run concurrent with each other, suspended if defendant pays all costs, fines, restitution and fees within 90 days, Feb. 13.

Damon H.J. Pine, reduced charge of attempted possession of methamphetamine, sentenced to 28 months in prison, Feb. 15.

Misael Segovia, two convictions of felony theft, sentenced to six months in prison on each conviction, to run consecutively; two counts of misdemeanor criminal damage to property, three months in jail on each count, to run concurrent with each other and consecutive to felony theft sentence for controlling sentence of 15 months, placed on 12 months’ Court Services probation, Feb. 15.

Matthew Brinkman, driving under the influence of an intoxicant and trespass on railroad property, sentenced to six months in jail on both counts, suspended for 90 days to pay and complete drug-and-alcohol evaluation after serving 48 hours jail, Feb. 20.

Teresa Newell, no driver’s license on person, sentenced to 15 days in jail, suspended for 60 days to pay costs, Feb. 20.

Ricky Nurnberg, driving under the influence of an intoxicant (second offense), one-year in jail, placed on 12-month probation after serving five days, Feb. 20.

James Mays, DUI (second offense), sentenced to one year in jail, placed on 12-month probation after serving five days, Feb. 20.

Michael Prock, DUI (second offense), sentenced to one year in jail, placed on 12-month probation after serving five days.

Lacy Faram, DUI (first offense) and driving with suspended driver’s license, sentenced to six months in jail; leaving the scene of an accident, sentenced to 30 days in jail; placed on 12-month probation after serving 48 hours in jail, Feb. 20.

Calvin Bruner, minor in possession of alcohol, 30-day jail sentence, suspended for 90 days to pay costs, driver’s license suspended for 90 days, Feb. 13.

Jose Ultreras, driving under the influence of an intoxicant (second offense), 1-year jail sentence, placed on 12-month probation after serving 5 days, Feb. 13.

Harlan Williams, obstruction of official duty, 1-year jail sentence; driving with suspended license, 90-day jail sentence; placed on 12-month probation.

Pamela Emley, pleaded to violation of protect-from-abuse order, 1-year jail sentence; disorderly conduct, 30-day jail sentence, placed on 12-month probation, Feb. 13.

Darrell Hoyt, DUI (second offfense), 120-day jail sentence, placed on 12-month probation after serving 5 days, Feb. 15.
