All four of the children of Charles “Skip” and Jan Evans either work, or have worked, at the company business, EVCO Wholesale Food Corp. Monica Evans Duncan worked at EVCO as a sales representative and now teaches at Oregon Trail Junior High School in Olathe. Her name was omitted from a story about the company this week in a Progress section about family businesses.
