Safety seat inspection
Another Child Safety Seat Inspection has been scheduled at 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Staples, 2200 Industrial Road.
The inspection, done by certified SAFE Kids safety technicians, is sponsored by the SAFE Kids of Emporia group.
Any parent who wants a child safety-seat inspection needs to bring the vehicle primarily used for transportation, the safety seat and the child.
The inspection is sponsored by U.S. Cellular, Early Head Start, Bobby D’s, Kiwanis, Gambino’s, Staples, Longbine Auto Plaza, KVOE and The Emporia Gazette.
In case of bad weather, the inspection will be at Longbine Auto Plaza, 3012 W. Highway 50.
