Winners of the Neosho Rapids Lions Club annual Christmas Decoration contest were Juanita Harris, first place; Larry and Connie Masenthin, second place; and Jesse and Susan Howard, third place.
Secret Santa in Neosho Rapids
The Neosho Rapids Community Projects group, which held the Secret Santa contest, announced that Pat Yeager was the Secret Santa. Dolores Rosenquist was the winner of $50 cash and a poinsettia.
Neosho Rapids PTO
The Neosho Rapids PTO is asking everyone to visit US Cellular and vote for the Neosho Rapids Elementary school to receive a $100,000 grant. The school is also collecting Campbell labels, box tops and Nestle Water labels which can be left at the school, the Neosho Rapids Community Center or given to any of the school’s students.
