‘Christmas Survival Guide’

The Emporia Community Theatre presents a “Christmas Survival Guide” at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Granada Theatre. “Five young people, armed with a copy of “A Christmas Survival Guide” and an optimistic attitude, charge into an urban holiday landscape searching for the true essence of Christmas. Through a fabulous series of songs and vignettes, they learn to cope with the holidays in ways that are both hysterical and heart-warming,” said the press release. Conceived and written by James Hindeman and Ray Roderick, with musical arrangements and orchestrations by John Glaudini. Tickets, $12 for adults; $10 for seniors; and $8 for students, are available at the Sweet Granada, the Granada Coffee Company, ESU ticket office and Town Crier.
