Birthday reception
The family of Phillip Hahn will have a reception from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday for his 65th birthday. The reception will be at HIS Place of First Baptist Church, 8th Avenue and Congress Street.
Democratic meeting
The Lyon County Democrats will hold a reorganization meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Bluestem Room, Rodeway Inn, 3181 W. Highway 50.
