Michelle Stueve said on Wednesday that if she received a shot at the WNBA, she owed it to herself to try out.

The Emporia State All-American got that chance Thursday, telling the Gazette that she has been invited to the Washington Mystics' training camp.

Stueve will fly out on April 18, with the training camp beginning on April 19.

Stueve, who was a consensus Division-II All-American last season, was not selected in Wednesday's 43-person WNBA Draft.
