A semi truck driver from Burrton was treated and released from Newman Regional Health after he lost control of his semi Friday evening because of wet roads.
The Kansas Turnpike Authority’s accident log stated that Bobby Dyck, 57, was traveling south on the Kansas Turnpike at 9:03 p.m. Friday and his semi skidded on the wet roadway, struck a bridge rail.
