I WOULD like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Karen Cope and Charter Funerals on behalf of the Bass family.
My mother-in-law passed away in another town and the funeral home there was not pleasant to deal with and made the grieving family feel more pain.
I called Karen Cope, as she had known me for seven years through the death of my son and my father.
She contacted her boss, who said no family should be treated as they were at the other establishment, and that she could do what she had to to help the Bass family.
We are so pleased and thankful for the comfort and shoulder to lean on that we were offered.
