Jason Smith, driving under the influence of alcohol, third conviction, sentenced to one year in jail, will be placed on 12-month probation after serving six months; six months of probation to be served on house arrest, Thursday.
Marcial Leyva, no valid driver’s license, sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for 30 days, to pay costs, Thursday.
Mark Youngblood, DUI, second conviction, sentenced to 90 dyas in jail, placed on house arrest for 90 days after serving 48 hours in jail, Thursday.
Jorge Jurado, possession of marijuana, sentenced to one year; possession of drug paraphernalia, six months; refuse preliminary breath test, 90 days in jail; all sentences to run concurrently; placed on 12-month probation.
Rodney Jackson, pleaded guilty taking big game without valid permit, 90 days in jail and $500 fine on two counts; unlawful methods of taking wildlife, 90 days in jail, $500 fine; no Kansas hunting license, $100 fine on both counts; placed on six months’ probation.
