Storm water on agenda

A storm water project between Seventh and Eighth avenues on Commercial Street will be reviewed at a combined city commission study session and action meeting Wednesday morning in the city conference room, 521 Market St.
The study session, including the water project, will begin at 9 a.m.; the action meeting from last week’s adjourned meeting will begin at 10 a.m.
