Ulee Bennett, pleaded guilty to second driving while license suspended, six months’ jail sentence, placed on 12 months’ probation and given credit for time served, Oct. 3.

Sara Muela, speeding 50 miles per hour in a 40 mph construction zone, $60 fine; child safety restraint violation, $60 fine; no driver’s license on person, $25 fine.

Michelle Hernandez-Corea, drug violation, sentenced to 15 months in prison, placed on drug court probation for 18 months, Oct. 3.

Justin Largent, driving under the influence of an intoxicant, second offense, six-month jail sentence; driving while an habitual offender, six-month jail sentence; placed on 12-month probation.

Mark Miller, driving under the in fluence, second offense, six-month jail sentence, placed on 12 months’ probation, Oct. 3.

Cynthia Wilson, felony possession of stolen property, 11 months in prison; misdemeanor obstruction of official duty, 12-month jail sentence, to rn concurrently, consecutive to defendant’s conviction in Sedgwick County District Court; defendant placed on 12-month Community Corrections probation, Oct. 3.

Antonio Baker, forgery, 11-month prison sentence, fined $100, sentence to run consecutive to sentences already imposed in two other cases in Lyon County District Court; placed on 18-month Community Corrections probation, to complete Labette Correctional Conservation Camp program, Oct. 3.

Nathan Riggs, convicted of reduced charge of attempted residential burglary, senteced to 11 months in prison; misdemeanor criminal damage to property, six-month jail sentence to run concurrently; placed on 12-month Community Corrections probation, including house arrest and electronic monitoring, Oct. 5.

Darrin Lowry, possession of methamphetamine, 11-month prison sentence; possession of drug paraphernalia, six-month jail sentence, suspended for 18-month Drug Court probation.
