EMS volleyball takes 2nd at League

The Emporia Middle School “A” volleyball team captured second place at the Centennial League volleyball tournament held at Fort Riley this past weekend.

The team scrambled for a third-place seed out of pool play and dominated second-ranked Junction City, 25-18, 25-12, to play for the championship.
