Emporia State University’s School of Library and Information Management is the only school in Kansas that is accredited by the American Library Association and serves a 12-state area. Information provided to the Emporia Gazette by ESU was incorrect in an article in Friday’s Gazette.

Jones Fund Grands

The Jones Fund is giving grants to students from Lyon, Coffey and Osage counties to attend Emporia State University and Flint Hills Technical College. The announcement was made Sept. 25. Information was incorrect in an editorial published Wednesday.
