Hartford First Christian
Peter Lewis Whitebird, country music artist who has just recorded his sixth album, will present his music “with a message and his Hillbilly Cousin, Bubba Burks,” at 7 p.m. Dec. 9 at the Hartford First Christian Church. After the program, the news release said there will be an opportunity to meet and talk with Pete, purchase his album and CDs and enjoy a refreshment time.” There will be no admission charged; offerings and donations will be accepted. He and his wife, Judy Whitebird, travel thousands of miles each year in their ministry. He was the 2000 International Country Gospel Music Association “Male Vocalist of the Year” and is a “nationally acclaimed singer, songwriter and recording artist.”
