EHS Musicians in district Honor Ensembles

A large group of Emporia High School students will be among the Honor Ensembles performing Saturday in Manhattan.
The students were selected by audition to be part of the North Central Kansas Music Educators Association Mini Convention. A total of 43 EHS musicians were selected to participate in the high school Honor Choir, Honor Band and Honor Orchestra. The day begins with rehearsals at Manhattan High School. The ensembles will each perform in a public concert starting at 2:30 p.m. Admission is $1.
Students are selected for the honors ensembles based on auditions held in November.
