Last day for T, V and W
Friday will be the last penalty-free day to renew vehicle registrations for people whose names begin with the letters T, V and W, according to information from Lyon County Treasurer Dora Hartig.
Proof of insurance is needed for all vehicles.
Motor Vehicle Department hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The office is in the county courthouse, Fourth Avenue and Commercial Street.
