ESU kicks off holiday season with star lighting

Emporia State University will commemorate the approaching holiday season with its annual Star Lighting Ceremony on Tuesday. The 4 p.m. ceremony takes place in the Sunken Garden area of the ESU campus, and culminates with the lighting of the star that adorns Plumb Hall.

Seasonal music will be provided by the Harmonious Voices of Praise choir. The public is invited to attend the event.
