Lyon County commission
The October financial report is at the top of Thursday’s agenda for Lyon County commissioners. Also on the agenda is two public hearings.
The meeting will start at 8 a.m. Thursday. Following commissioners’ report time at 8 a.m., Bob Agler and Christie Miller, of A&M Consultants, will give commissioners a financial report at 8:30 a.m. This item is scheduled to last until 9:30 a.m.
At 9:45 a.m., Chip Woods, Lyon County engineer has the following items on the agenda:
- A request from Harold Peterman to rock about 300 feet of road in front of his property in the 2500 block of Road S.
- A proposal from Apac-Kansas Inc., Shears Division, to mill 12” and install 6” of base rock on Burlingame Road for $12,550.83.
At 10 a.m., commissioners will hold a public hearing for Water District No. 5 expansion. Another public hearing for Morris County Water District No. 1 will follow at 10:15 a.m.
