EMPORIA HIGH SCHOOL conducted graduation ceremonies recently. Each year following commencement, EHS Senior Parents host a substance-free all-night party for graduates to enjoy one last evening together. A great deal of planning goes into an event of this size and without the help of many individuals and businesses, the evening would not have been such a success.
The Class of 2007 After Grad Parent Committee would like to thank the business community, organizations, individuals, and parents for helping to make this wonderful evening possible. We would also like to extend a special thank you to the Lyon County Fair Association, specifically John and Sheila Price, for their generosity in allowing us to use the Anderson Building at the fairgrounds. The graduates attending were treated to a very special evening. We would like Emporians to know what a outstanding group of young adults are beginning their vocations and continuing their education to prepare for careers to be our future leaders.
