Rick Washburn and Keli Vaughn of Emporia are the parents of a daughter, Jocelyn Jo Washburn, born May 18, 2007, at Newman Regional Health. Grandparents are Rick and Thresa Vaughn of Longton and Richard Washburn and Karen Washburn, both of Rogers, Ark.
