Want program back

WE ARE most appreciative to KVOE for having the Saturday program, “The Garden Line” for many years. It provided for us much helpful information on local gardening and plants in this area, given by many knowledgeable experts in the horticulture field. However, we are no longer able to enjoy this program since KVOE has made a contractual commitment to air a home improvement program at the same time as The Garden Line would be heard.
There may be many gardeners missing KVOE’s Garden Line in silence as over a hundred signatures were gathered at the local Gardeners of America plant sale in support of KVOE’s continuance of the Garden Line.
Skinner’s Nursery has a radio gardening program on a Topeka station on Saturday mornings, but we would rather get our information from our numerous and local horticulture experts.
If you enjoyed the Garden Line and found it helpful to you, a word of encouragement to KVOE to replace the program, for this growing season, would be worthwhile.
