Heavy rains didn’t stop people from coming out to the Hospice Homes Tour last weekend, but organizers have decided to give it another chance on Saturday to allow another chance for people to get out and see the homes.
“After the rain it all went well,” said Mary Stauffer, who organizes the homes tour. “We were really surprised, but we thought it best to repeat it on Saturday.”
All four homes will be open from 1 to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. Tickets are $8 and can be purchased at any one of the four homes. The homes are: Karen and Phil Kenney, 1316 W. 15th Ave.; Elaine and Wayne Theel, 3600 Windsor Circle; Shirley and Jim Eubanks, 2915 West Lake Drive; and Jerry and Nancy Thomas, 7 Bodock Road, Thorndale.
