A man alleged to have fired shots during an argument over a business transaction has been charged in Lyon County District Court with aggravated assault and criminal threat with intent to terrorize.
Ralph J. Hahn, 765 Road 200, is scheduled to have a preliminary hearing on those charges at 2 p.m. on May 10, according to court records. The charges stem from an argument that allegedly escalated from words to actions at about 4:25 p.m. on March 27 near Hahn’s home.
“The argument became physical and led to shots being fired towards the victim,” Lyon County Sheriff’s Deputy Garland Hendrickson said in an earlier news release about the incident.
Hahn is free on a $25,000 bond.
