Bethel School House basket supper
The annual Basket Supper for the Bethel School House community will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday at the Bethel School House. Each family is to bring a main dish, salad or side dish and a dessert and table service.
Albin Family Reunion
Descendants of Isaac and Ruth Albin, will have a family reunion this weekend. Activities will begin with a geneaology session at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Emporia Public Library, a stop at the Cooper Horse Ranch at 1 p.m., ice cream social at the Saffordville Church about 2 p.m. and a trip at the Hillside Cemetery. The group will gather Saturday at 7 p.m. at the Best Western and conclude with a get-together beginning at 11 a.m. Sunday at the Neosho Rapids Senior Center. Dinner will be served.
