Time for peace

AS I WAS decorating graves for Memorial Day, I realized that my father, my husband, son-in-law, and grandson have all served in the armed services. I am concerned that in about four years I may have great-grandchildren fighting wars. Now is the time to prevent the next war.
We need a Department of Peace. Where is the government body dedicated to preventing war and violence? We need our congressional representatives to support legislation in Congress that would create a Department of Peace. Mothers don’t need to lose their children in all these wars. Please let your legislators in Washington know this is important and needs to be done.
